Welcome to Renaissance Square

To support its funding request to the province of Ontario, Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley secured the Goldie Company to complete a fundraising capacity study to determine the readiness of Renfrew County residents to contribute towards a capital campaign. The results were overwhelming and showed that 93% of those interviewed indicated they would make a financial contribution.

The College has set a goal of raising $2.5 million through a community capital campaign that would go toward the overall project cost of $36 million.  The Algonquin Students' Association has committed to enhancing the project by investing $4-million for student facilities such as a gymnasium and fitness centre.

Through the leadership of Campaign Chair Mark Huckabone, the College is now actively working on its campaign goal. If you would like to know more about the project and are considering making a donation, please contact Marie Mask, Capital Campaign Administrator, Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley, at 613-735-4700, ext. 2842, or email her at: YourFuture@algonquincollege.com.
