Through reality learning and the use of technology, Small World Big Picture projects aim to give youth and adults alike the opportunity to peer into distant cultures while promoting cultural understanding in an engaging and interactive manner.

Among other things, Small World Big Picture projects have allowed participants to travel across Africa, up Mount Everest, speak to people across the world, and give back to African communities, all from the comfort of their own home or classroom.
