Registration is Closed, but...

Online registration is now closed, but you will still have a chance to register in sessions that have space available.  Please stop by the Registration area outside Salon A during the conference to see what is available.

Registration FAQs

Can I call or e-mail to register?

No, you must register online. 

What if I'm out-of-town during the registration period?

Not a problem, if you have access to the internet, you can register from anywhere. 

If a session is full, can you keep a waitlist?

No, unfortunately we don't have the resources to look after the waitlists.

What if I missed the registration period?

You may still be in luck!  Check at the registration area near Salon A during the conference to see which workshops still have space (a sign up list will be posted).

What if I have to cancel out of a session?

Please log back in to the registration system and click on 'My Current Registrations' in the left hand menu.  Check the box of the session(s) you would like to withdraw from, then click the de-register button at the bottom of the page.

Can full sessions be offered a second time?

No, in order to offer the widest variety of sessions possible, we only offer each session once.

When will we find out the room number for our sessions?

When you check in at registration you will receive a Program-at-a-Glance that will have the room numbers posted.
