Val Sayah Join us as we prepare a simple Mezze table, an elaborate spread of hors d'oeuvres, or little bits of tasty treats to please the palate. This tradition extends from Turkey into the Balkans, including Greece, and spreads to Middle Eastern countries. Together, we will prepare a cucumber and yogurt dip, a 3 bean salad, a chick pea and eggplant dip, and a Fattoush salad.We’ll serve it all with kibbeh, pita bread, fresh herbs, olives, and feta cheese. NOTE: Participants must wear close-toed shoes and bring their own aprons.
