Daniel Roy This workshop will introduce you to the Tai Ji Qi Gong approach to health, stress, fitness and relaxation by giving you the tools to use your Qi for your every day life situations. Tai Ji improves concentration, coordination, circulation and relaxation. A brief description of Tai Ji will be given, some exercises will be shown and practiced by all, and the session will conclude with a meditation. NOTE: Participants will be more comfortable wearing loose clothing and yoga slippers or running shoes
