Cathy Kenney, Dana Lennox "Humour is by far the most significant behavior of the human brain."- Edward de Bono. Laughter gets oxygen to the brain and literally makes it work better. It reduces tension in the workplace and helps in the healing process. This workshop will explore the use of appropriate humour in the workplace as well as the classroom. It will look at the three principles of keeping humour positive, always enjoyable and ways in which you can utilize it in the workplace without risk.
