Documentation Colleges are required to keep documentation on five areas of responsibility relating to services to people with disabilities. The colleges are required to inform the public that these documents are available for review and available in formats that meet the communication needs of people with disabilities.
When providing the documents, or the information in them to a person with a disability, the person's disability must be taken into account. Every effort must be made to make the material available through alternate formats such as large print, Braille, audio, CD-ROM, e-mail, DVD or electronic text on a diskette, or another format. |
