The Performance Institute provides performance training (body language and voicing) and many other tips and tricks in a one-semester package, 3 hours per week, Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Originally created and developed by Algonquin professor Doug Duminie, the Performance Institute enabled faculty to develop their course delivery skills. In 2003, the program expanded and is now open to any College employee who wishes to improve their speaking skills.
