Leadership Development Program
In this interactive professional development program, participants practice and apply the skills needed in order to achieve team effectiveness and success. The program is designed to encourage on-going application and reinforcement of learning and techniques between sessions. Program learning outcomes are aligned with Algonquin College’s Foundations of Leadership core competencies.
The Leadership Development Program has been offered to staff at the College since October 2006.
