Yoga, Breath and a Good Night's Sleep
In this experiential workshop participants will learn how the body responds to stress and how that affects their health and quality of sleep. Participants will practice easy to learn breathing techniques and yoga postures to reduce stress. This workshop will also address the topic of healthy sleep patterns and participants will learn techniques for getting a restful and sound night sleep so that they wake up feeling invigorated and refreshed. There will be group discussion as well as a handout and a question and answer session at the end of the workshop. NOTE: The Aerobics Studio is located on the upper level, inside the gym Back to Conference Program
