"Your West African drumming is a little rusty, you say?  Your African singing a little out of tune?   Hey, no problem!   Come join your colleagues for a fun and engaging hour of West African music and get your Spring tune-up!   This workshop session introduces basic hand drumming rhythms, a cultural song from Ghana (West Africa) and some low-impact movement.  This music is all about sharing good times and a few laughs with the people around you.    Instruments are provided....all that's needed is you!"
