Power Yoga (basic)

Health benefits of yoga include increased strength, balance, focus, awareness and energy amongst many others. Power yoga involves a varied series yoga postures which are executed in a continuous flow, incorporating breath from one pose to another.  It can be considered a more vigorous practice. 

Prerequisite:  Exposure to yoga a benefit, but not a requirement
Participants are advised to eat light at least 1 hour prior to the session.

NOTE: The Aerobics Studio is located on the upper level, inside the gym
