Drums AliveLouise McGoey Discover your inner rock star! Come and join us for an enjoyable workout that incorporates aerobic movement with drumming. It is a great way to relieve stress and improve your cardiovascuar fitness.. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Prerequisite: Although targeted for all fitness levels, this session is an active exercise session. Participants are encouraged to wear running shoes and comfortable loose clothing.
