Algonquin is becoming increasingly culturally diverse. You will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of working and communicating cross-culturally. Focus will be on learning best practices for working in Canada's increasingly diverse workplace. You will gain a better understanding of how culture impacts the classroom and the workplace. You will also learn tips to enhance your skills in communicating across culture in your work at Algonquin College as front line staff, as faculty or as administrators.
